If you’re just starting out cooking or have been a master chef for years, you know it’s important to have the right utensils not only to prepare the food but the right equipment to cook and bake it in. This website will show different equipment you can purchase to make your cooking experience easier.
Utensils such as kitchen knives, ladles, strainers, choppers, spatulas, pots and pans are imperative for a preparing a good meal. And with a recipe, it’s important to read the whole thing first to make sure you’ve got all the ingredients.
I’d love to share with you now one of my favorite recipes.
1 boneless/skinless chicken breast, cubed
4-5 artichoke hearts, cut up
2/3 cup dices tomatoes
1/2 package frozen spinach, thawed
1 Roma Tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground parsley
2 cups penne pasta
Saute chicken and cut up artichoke hearts in chicken broth until chicken is done. Add the diced tomatoes, spinach, parsley, salt/pepper and garlic powder. Simmer for about 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
In another pot, heat up about 6 cups water with a dash of salt and boil the penne pasta until adequate softness. Put the pasta on a plate and serve the chicken nang on top of it. Top it off with some Parmesan cheese. The flavors will be enhanced. Enjoy Makes 2 servings
