I know it’s still technically winter but I still love a good smoothie. The secret to a good smoothie is to make sure you have an adequate blender and delicious ingredients. I love to use the NutriNinja blender system. If you’re in the market for a nice blender, I recommend that one.
There’s wonderful benefits to smoothies. They’re fast to make, very healthy with wholesome ingredients, can be a good pick me up when you’re losing energy, fairly inexpensive and can help you lose weight.
With warmer months just ahead of us, I’m going to feature a different smoothie each week to help you get started in developing a taste for them if you haven’t already. Some of the recipes are Keto friendly if you are looking to shed a few lbs on the Keto diet.
Cashew Caramel Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
4-5 ice cubes
2 tbsp raw cashews
2 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup
Pinch ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse it a few times, then blend it for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
